Instructions for Use

1.Initial State: When players receive the product, the jack is at its maximum lifting height. At this time, pull out the hand crank, and use the head of the crank to rotate the pressure relief valve counter - clockwise for one and a half turns.

2.Preparation: Slowly press down the piston rod to the bottom, then rotate the pressure relief valve clockwise for one and a half turns, and insert the hand crank into the press - lever.

3.Operation Method: Move the hand crank inserted into the press - lever up and down, and the jack will start to work. When using it for the first time, the speed of pressing down the piston rod and moving the hand crank must be slow. If the speed is too fast, the hydraulic oil in the cylinder will mix with air to form bubbles, causing the hydraulic oil level to rise, and a small amount of hydraulic oil may be discharged from the exhaust hole. This is a normal phenomenon and will disappear after multiple cycles of operation.

Precautions for Use

1.Placement Requirements: The vertical jack must be placed vertically during use. It is strictly prohibited to place it horizontally or upside - down, as this will affect normal use and may even damage the equipment.

2.Hydraulic Oil Refilling: When the piston rod cannot reach the top by moving the hand crank, a syringe can be used to refill hydraulic oil into the oil injection port.

3.Storage when Idle: When the jack is stored idle, it should be at its maximum lifting height. If the piston rod is in the retracted state, do not place it horizontally or upside - down to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing out of the oil injection and exhaust hole.
